As Filo_p stated you need the Playtest version also. Download TKA Playtest from steam.

Delete the content of the folder ":\Steam\steamapps\common\TheKillingAntidotePlaytest" and then copy the files from cracked version into the folder. Run the Playtest version game from steam. It will run the full version now with all mods enabled.

You need to replace all the Steam files of The Killing Antidote Playtest with version 0.5.1.1

Lol sorry I'm dumb. Forgot that hitting targets subtract time. It is an odd system. It's the opposite of challenges that are time limited and where hitting targets add more time to avoid failure.

Youtube it. Really.
There is a bow and 3 arrows before fan section, unless you're on extreme and maybe on hard. Then you get AR from soldier and hopefully go slowly, carefully, headshotty.
Also first 2 zeds could be headstamped to make things less complicate

Easy AF.
a) Easy to Hardcore - stay crouched and wait for the guy on your left to turn around and start walking into the small corridor. Follow him, his route goes from there to the bathroom, next to the central area through the further entrance, where he meets another guy and returns to the spot closest to your initial entry. Catch him up as he takes a leak and murder him. Now you have the AR with at least 6 bullets, and 3 arrows, so you know what to do.
b) Extreme - now this sucks. Again, follow the peeing guy, hide in the bathroom as he makes his way back - and try to cross to the far-left staircase. From there, go down (save room btw), sneak along the wall all the way into the ventilation shaft, sorry: I got spotted and just made a (successful) run for it literally pushing the last guy before the shaft aside lol.

Only on Extreme (where there are less zeds in the fan section btw).

Why don't you test it out. Just use cheat and then walk onto a few mines/grenades.

Well, I did. If anyone is wondering: there are indeed damage textures but they are sadly very slight with no major exposure.

if you refer to pre-0.5.x patreon outfits - they are included in the game as random or not so random drops
the new ones - from 19/10 - probably need someone to upload them

It's possible to go fast and accurate enough get time down to zero and it will show like you haven't done a run with the weapon lol.
Other weapons with no time showing I haven't tried yet.

EDIT: Axes are painful to do a run with. The yellow targets seem to have the most problems with melee weapons.

No need in rolls - you can just do your normal standing dodge, as the door is not that fast in fact, and the button's trigger range is huge.
