Jack looked around frantically, trying to find an escape route. The neko predator had never been on the opposite end of the food chain, especially when a RealmHopper was hunting him down. The creature had a fiery crest, with red wings and a fiery pattern on his neck and belly. The RealmHopper he recognized by the robotic hand he bore. This was General Firecrest. A giant predator, or a soldier in general, ate his hand and wrist, so the RealmHopper ripped off his wings and mounted the predator's head and wings in his office. Those dead, terrified eyes stared Jack down in his hiding place, the predator's mouth open in an eternal scream.

A couple other predators; soldiers, citizens, or rogues (like Jack) were stuffed and mounted; terrified, angered, surprised, and ravenous predators lined his desk and were posted all over the room. Wings, horns, and heads were mounted on the walls. It would even give a nightmare nightmares. Firecrest growled and a snorted a flame from his nostrils. Another RealmHopper walked in, and Firecrest's attention turned to the RealmHopper. Jack took this chance and ran outside and almost fell off a cliff.

Oh, right. RealmHoppers live on floating islands because all of them have gigantic wings. Jack remembered. He looked around for a place to hide, and when he found it, he was snatched by a RealmHopper with sharp-taloned hands and the arms of a Minotaur. Whoever this guy was, he was strong, and fast. The RealmHopper swerved through the sky until he landed on a small island with a nice house, nicer than the one he lived in. Oh god, is he going to eat me!? Jack thought frantically. The RealmHopper dropped him into a large glass cup, and sat right in front of him. The guy had an enormous neck, as long as a sky dragon's, and had the head of a golden retriever. His wings were feathered and red, he had a brown crown, black fur and red belly and back scales.

The thing about every RealmHopper is that no two in a millennium looked the same. The RealmHopper ogled him, as if he had never seen one, but clearly the smell of his breath said otherwise. Almond brown eyes locked with ocean blue eyes. There was a slight flash of hatred, hunger, and pain in the RealmHopper's eyes, but it was mainly masked by curiosity.

"Hello~" the RealmHopper purred. Another weird thing about them, they purred. "What are you doing here in the Floating Kingdom of Light?"

"I got lost?" Jack tried, his tail twitching nervously. "Please don't eat me."

The RealmHopper's eyes narrowed. "Now where have I heard that before, hmm? Oh yeah, from your prey. They beg, but you eat them anyways, never giving a sh*t that they are sentimental and have families, that are barely scraping by! I think it would only be fair if I ate you." Jack backpedaled away.

"W-w-wait! I never ate anyone other than a couple of dead borrowers I found in an alley! Honest!" Jack plead. It was true, he was sympathetic about borrowers. After he discovered two borrowers named Signe and Robin, he never even touched any other borrowers. Even from the start he admired borrowers. Whenever there was one in his house, he'd catch them and set them free in the backyard. The RealmHopper scooted closer, and Jack could see two rows of wicked sharp teeth through the beast's parted jaws.
